Investing model

Open and flexible. Our goal is to identify and develop—either from new builds or refurbishments—high-demand real estate assets in attractive locations. We co-invest equity in each project and tie part of our management fees to performance.

2º Holiday

Second residences for domestic and international buyers in Spain.

Currently working as advisors to investors within this asset class.

9 months for apartment refurbishment.
